WOLFYBEDS wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with the products.
WHEN YOU RETURN A PRODUCT TO US:
If your item is faulty:
- If your purchase is faulty or incorrect please contact us via the returns page and we will send you an RMA number and return address via email within 7 days of receipt of your item(s). We will arrange return of the item(s) and following inspection of the goods as outlined in this policy, we will refund you the full cost of the item, including the delivery charges for sending the item to you providing you have returned the entire order to us. We will also cover the cost of the return. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date you returned the item to us.
- In the event that Wolfybeds rejects the defective claim you may exchange the item or for another of equal value.
If you have changed your mind (non-faulted items)
- You may cancel your purchase (the ‘Contract’) at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the products. In this case please contact us via the returns page and we will send you an RMA number and return address via email. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, providing you have returned the entire order. However, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- Goods must be in the same unused and brand new condition in which you accepted them and in the original packaging. All goods will be inspected on their return.You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
- If you are returning your purchase(s) to us, we must receive it within 7 working days of both parties agreeing to the return.
- We cannot accept proof of posting as proof of delivery. WOLFYBEDS cannot be held responsible for items returned that do not arrive and suggest that you return the item via an insured delivery service
- Any free gifts sent with purchase must be included in your parcel if you are returning your complete order to us. If you fail to do this, Wolfybeds reserves the right to deduct the cost of the free gift from your refund.
- If you purchased items as part of a promotion (e.g. Buy a Dog Bed, Get Cat Bed Free) and return a qualifying item (this being the Dog Bed purchased in order to obtain the Cat Bed free), WOLFYBEDS reserves the right to charge you (by deducting this from your refund amount) the retail price, as shown on the website, of the discounted item. This relates to returning both faulty and non-faulty items.
- We regret that we cannot accept cancellations or returns on items that have been personalised unless faulty. Please ensure that you have typed your pet’s name in correctly as, once completed, mistakes cannot be recified. This includes our Dog Coat range so please ensure that you have ordered the correct size coat for your dog.
- Soiled beds or products damaged by chewing or scratching cannot be accepted for return. Our dog beds are manufactured from soft materials which will not withstand any chewing or scratching. Our products, including beds and toys, are not indestructible. Please consider the usual behaviour of your pet prior to purchase as Wolfybeds will not be held responsible for destructive pets.
Once we have received your returned item(s), please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be received into your account. In the unusual case that you haven’t received you refund within 30 days – please contact us via the contact us page quoting your name and the RMA number.
We can only refund the credit/debit card or PayPal account originally used for payment.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
